Chemical Industries Ltd. with his outgraceous growth in the world's textile market since
1981, took another big step in 1997. KIMSOY DYESTUFF CORP., which is the joint venture
company of Eksoy Chemical Industries Ltd.and Kyung-In Synthetic Corp., started reactive
dyestuff production at Adana Organized Industry Zone. Since 1992 Eksoy has been the sole
Turkish distributor of Synozol dyestuff of Kyung-In which is the largest Korean
manufacturer of synthetic dyestuff. This first part of the plant costed 4,000,000 USD and 70 % of the
machinery and equipment supplied from Turkey. From very early stages of the production,
Kimsoy project has been managed by a Korean-Turkish Engineering team. The system has been
designed to make all the synthesis as efficiently as possible. For this reason, the latest
tecnology for dyestuff industry was installed at the Adana Plant. Especially the 250
kg/hour capacity nozzle type Spray Dryer is one of the biggest ones used in Turkey. The 27
m height tower was constructed in two months by Turkish and Korean engineers. With the
current machinery, Kimsoy Dyestuff Corp., have a capacity of 150 tons/month of various
dyestuff.With year 2001, Kimsoy started a new investment to build up a new line for the
production of new bifunctional colors . Kimsoline Reactives&Kimsolene Disperse dyes
are out to market in Turkey and at international markets since 1998. Kimsoy products are
distributed to the custumers through Eksoy's agents. In otherwords, Eksoy's sale agents
become automatically agents of Kimsoy. |
