Scouring-Dyeing of Cotton      

      Special Emulsifier for dyeing of greige or insufficently scoured Cotton fibers,yarns and knit’s

      Due to enviromental and economical concerns , new contemperary chemicals are designed to dye cotton in one step , combining scouring and dyeing.NOBLECH N is a very interesting product for dark shades,like black , navy and burgundy.One step process offer the following adventages.

-         Time Saving , since whole scouring-rinsing- neutralising steps are skipped , total time is reduced by 3-4 hours.

-         Water Saving, 3-4 times filling of dye tank is saved , so less environmental pollution.

-         Better Handle,

-         Less Chemical Consumption,

-         Less  Weight loss,(drops around the weightloss 2%)

-         Less Crease Formation,

-         Increased Productivity.

No-Bleach N is foamless combination of,

            -Wetting and scouring,

            -Emulsifying and dispersing,

            -Levelling,

            -Crease Preventing

      Chemicals.  

Environmental : 

     -Since scouring , rinsing and neutralising steps are skipped , less process water is used.Because ,

Normal reactive dyeing water consumption ….. 150-200 liter/kg No-Bleach N process water consumgtion…….. 100-120 liter/kg  

-Scouring and neutralising chemicals are saved.  

  -NoBleach N process yields , 10-15 per cent deeper shades , less dyestuff

is required to match a certain shade ,so reduced effluent.  

Applications

A-Dyeing in greige

     As mentioned in dyeing graph , fabric or yarn is loaded into the bath containing ,

     Run 20 min , without draining , continue normal reactive or direct dyeing and washing process.

B-Dyeing after acid demineralization

    In case of very poor quality cotton-like Brazilien cotton-which contains excessive Ca an Mg ions , it may be advisable to preclean cotton,

C-Dyeing after Improper Bleaching

              In case of poor bleaching and hence unlevel dyeing, it is recommendable to

add.
