·     Chlorine fastness of reactive , direct ,metal complex and acid dyes are very poor.Beach towels, swimming suits made of cotton and polyamide dyed or printed fabrics are sensitive to high chlorine content of pools,spa or laundry wash liquors.

·       Klorfast CL is designed to overcome this handicap.

·       Klorfast CL ,simultaneusly improves wet/wash fastness ,it does not require additional wet fastness improving chemical application.  

·       Klorfast CL shade influence is minimized and there is no tendency to yellowing.

·       Klorfast CL’s effect is durable up to 5 washings and gradully decreases in subsequent washes.

·       Klorfast CL does not influence the handle of the garment.

PROPERTIES  

·       Klorfast CL is the combination high molucalar weight polymeric resins.It is weakly anionic.

·       Klorfast CL is compatible with nonionic or weak cationic silicone softeners, like

-         Unisil HS

-         Unisil NLP,NLP-N

·       Klorfast CL is not compatible with fatty acid type softeners

·       Klorfast CL can be applied in

-         Exhaust

-         Impregnation

          systems.

Guidelines to Application

      Prior to addition of Klorfast CL , nonionic softeners are added into the water bath in diluted form.In case of weak cationic silicone softeners , like Unisil NLP , water bath is set pH , 5.0 – 5.5 ,and silicone is added in diluted form.

     Klorfast CL is also diluted and added into the bath as the last ingredient.

·       In case of impregnation , preparad stock solution should be consumed in two hours , otherwise it is drained.
